• Entry fee must be paid by money order or cashier’s check.  No personal checks accepted. entries must be postmarked by 2/12/2025. Entries postmarked after  this date, will be assessed a $25 late fee. No phone entries, no credits, and no refunds.

• Contest director, Thompson High School or Thompson Auxiliaries are not responsible for accidents, property loss or injury.

• The contest will operate on the set system. This will be available for download and include information on the event, set and lane the contestant will perform.

​​

• Score sheets and awards will be available during the contest upon tabulation except for team awards. These will be announced when the team competition is completed.

• No flash photography allowed in the gym. Videotaping is limited to your twirler’s routine only.

​​

• Groups will have 1st and 2nd place trophies

​​

• Medals for all Novice Divisions

​​

• Individual events: 1st Place = trophy 2nd - 5th = medals

​​

• Group directors are asked to submit music via Dropbox and bring a backup method to the contest. More information  will be emailed.

• ​

• There will be no charge at the door.  Rather, a facility fee of $10 per contestant is being collected.
